Introducing Certified Tenet Beef
We are thrilled to introduce you to Certified Tenet Beef ! Our story- I first heard about Tenet about a year ago and was excited to find out more about it ! Last winter we took tissue samples from 10 animals and sent them on their way to California to get tested. 2 animals passed the test for Certified Tenet Beef which wasn't amazing but at least we had some! This spring we tested all our calves. 6 passed the test, 3 being steers which are available to order for this winter, 3 were heifers which will be added to our herd to start expanding the Tenet count in the herd.
