If you are interested in purchasing a whole or half animal- please note that we do not have these products in stock. You will have to make your deposit and send in your cutting form before we can book an animal for you . It usually takes up to a month or more after you order till you receive your whole or half, so order now !!
Half animal - $8/lb. dressed weight (225-325 lbs. Approximately $2500 ). You'll get between 160-240 lbs. in your freezer depending on your cutting instructions and size of your half animal. Approximately 6-9 cubic feet of freezer space required.
Whole animal - $8/lb. dressed weight ( 550-650 lbs. Approximately $5000). You'll get between 350-450 lbs. in your freezer depending on your cutting instructions and size of your whole animal. Approximately 12-15 cubic feet of freezer space required.
This is only a deposit , and will reserve you a whole or half beef, cut and wrapped the way you want it . This deposit will be taken off the final purchase price . Your final payment is due at the time of pick up, or before delivery. We accept e-transfer, cheque, or cash at this point.
Your beef is dry aged for 7-10 days, and then it gets cut and wrapped to your specifications. After that it is immediately frozen to keep it fresh . After you make your deposit for a whole or half beef option , the cutting form will get sent to you by email. This form needs to be filled out and sent back so we can get your beef booked in for cutting and wrapping.
Note: All your beef will come frozen .
