Beef Cutting Instructions

All beef orders contain 40% ground beef. Do not select the ground beef option, unless you want to reduce the amount of steaks and roasts, and increase the amount of ground beef you get. The most common choice is automatically selected. Simply select a different option if you want. If you have any special requests please insert them in the comments section below. * NOTE Depending on your request we may not be able to accommodate. Please try to stay within these guidelines set out in this cutting form. We cannot accommodate exessive special cutting instructions.

Note: If you are ordering a whole beef you can make 2 selections from each category . If you are ordering a half beef only one selection is allowed.
